Most funders’ data sits in more than one system, and those systems rarely talk to each other. Auditor brings them together into one view, whatever platforms you run.

Getting your funded book in

Works with the systems you already run

Auditor doesn’t depend on any one floorplan or wholesale platform. We map your data to Auditor during onboarding, so you don’t have to change the exports your systems already produce.

API

For modern platforms, so your funded book stays up to date system to system.

Secure file transfer (SFTP)

The usual route for legacy systems. Scheduled drops are picked up automatically.

File upload

A CSV, Excel or XML export, loaded when you need it.

One view across all your data

Wholesale and retail, in one book

Many funders hold vehicle data in more than one place, for example a wholesale system and a retail system. Auditor takes in both and shows them as one book.

That lets it flag vehicles that have already moved from wholesale to retail, so your team can clear them, even when the two systems don’t talk to each other.

Systems we’ve taken data from

Agnostic of the platform you run

We’ve loaded funded-book data from a long list of wholesale finance, banking and in-house systems.

Some of these are full integrations; others are file or SFTP feeds. Product names belong to their owners.

What comes back

Check results, exceptions and dealer stock reports, which your team can view in Auditor or export.

Works with the rest of CheckVentory

PreCheck checks each vehicle before it goes on funding, and Auditor checks it while it’s funded. FunderConnect confirms remotely that most funded vehicles are on the lot, and sends the exceptions to Auditor.

Tell us which platform you run

We’ll tell you how your funded book would get into Auditor and how long set-up takes.
