FunderConnect uses the connected-car data modern vehicles already produce, read against your own floorplan data.
Three sources, one answer
What FunderConnect brings together
Connected-car data
Whether the vehicle is active, whether it has moved and whether it’s on the lot or off it. Nothing extra is fitted to the vehicle; it uses the vehicle’s own connected systems.
Your floorplan data
VIN, dealer, funding product and vehicle type, so every vehicle is read in the right context.
Documented dealer locations
The dealership and its extended locations, such as compound yards, logistics parks and bodyshops. All of them count as on the lot. Auditor checks help build that list: where a dealer’s funded vehicles are actually found shows which sites it really uses.
Coverage
How much of your book it covers
Coverage depends on the makes and models on your book. With our first customer, more than 94% of funded vehicles report in within any rolling 30-day period.
Vehicles that don’t report are read against your Auditor checks, so a car parked in storage isn’t treated like one that’s missing, so nothing falls through the gap.
of funded vehicles report in at least once in any rolling 30-day period
Live with our first customer, a major lender. Coverage varies by make and by new or used stock, so we estimate yours from your book.
Daily by default
Each vehicle is checked once a day, which keeps the cost down while giving a constant heartbeat on every funded asset. It can be checked more often if you need it.
Your floorplan data, your way
Your funded book comes in the same way as for Auditor: API, SFTP or file. See integrations
