Know every day whether each funded vehicle is where it should be, and spend your audit effort only on the ones that aren’t.
For credit, risk and audit teams at banks and captive finance companies.
The problem
Between audits, you can’t see the stock you fund
Blind between visits
A physical audit shows where the stock was on the day. Between visits, you rely on what the dealer reports.
Every car checked to find a few
Audits look at every funded vehicle to find the handful that matter. Most of the time and cost goes on vehicles that were never in doubt.
Off the lot, without context, is noise
A car off the lot might be on a test drive, at a bodyshop or sold. Without your floorplan data, you can’t tell which.
A daily heartbeat
Every funded vehicle, checked every day
FunderConnect uses the connected-car data the vehicles already produce. Each day it answers three questions for every funded vehicle: is it active, has it moved, and is it on the lot or off it?
Because it reads that against your own floorplan data, it knows whether a vehicle is new, used or a demo, and applies your rules for that vehicle.

Rules that understand the vehicle
Context turns a simple signal into a decision
Your rules decide what counts as an exception, by vehicle type and funding product. Some examples:
Demo off the lot
Expected. Your data says it’s a demo. It’s flagged only if it hasn’t been back on the lot within the period your rules set.
Brand-new car in active use
Flagged straight away. It isn’t registered as a demo, so it’s most likely sold.
Not reporting
Read against your Auditor checks. Silent but counted on the lot usually means it’s parked in storage. Silent and not found at a check is escalated straight away.
Off the lot
Flagged when it has been away from the dealership and its documented locations for longer than your rules allow. The dealer explains.
Who gets what
What each team gets
Credit and risk
Earlier warning on the vehicles most likely to be sold and still on funding, with the reason it was flagged.
Audit operations
Exceptions go to the dealer to check in Auditor first. Physical audits are needed only for what that doesn’t resolve.
Relationship managers
Dealers whose stock is where it should be aren’t disturbed. You talk to them about the exceptions, not every car.
IT and procurement
Nothing extra is fitted to the vehicles; FunderConnect uses their own connected systems. Data is held in your region, on the CheckVentory platform: ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified.
Works with Auditor
Exceptions land in CheckVentory Auditor, where the dealer checks the vehicle or explains it with evidence, and your team closes or escalates it. The two are read together, so a vehicle that’s gone quiet but was counted on the lot is handled very differently from one that’s quiet and missing.
Pricing
Priced on your portfolio, and can be added to your CheckVentory platform licence.
