Your funder uses CheckVentory FunderConnect to confirm, remotely, that the vehicles it funds are at your dealership. For most of your stock, that means nothing to do and nobody to host.

For dealership staff.

What it means for you

Fewer visits, fewer questions

Fewer visits to host

When your funder can see your stock is in place, there’s less need to send someone to count it.

Only asked about exceptions

You hear from your funder about the vehicles that need explaining, not every car on the lot.

Nothing to fit or install

FunderConnect uses the connected-car data the vehicles already produce.

Demos are expected off the lot

Your funder’s data shows which vehicles are demos. A demo is only flagged if it hasn’t come back within the period your funder sets.

Only funded stock is checked

FunderConnect looks only at the vehicles your funder finances, and only whether they’re on the lot or off it. Your documented sites, such as compound yards and bodyshops, count as on the lot.

A cleaner record with your funder

A steady record of stock where it should be makes for an easier conversation when you need more credit.

Step by step

If a vehicle is flagged

  1. You get a request in Auditor

Your funder’s rules send the vehicle to you to check, before any physical audit.

  2. Check it or explain it

Photograph the vehicle if it’s on site, or give the reason it isn’t, for example sold, demo or at a bodyshop, with evidence where it’s asked for.

  3. Your funder closes it or follows up

Most exceptions are closed at this point. Your funder decides what happens to the rest.

Good to know

It uses the same app as your stock checks

Flagged vehicles come through CheckVentory Auditor, the app your funder already uses for stock checks. It runs in your phone’s browser, with nothing to install.

Want the same view of your own floor plan?

Know your floor plan position every day, and catch the unit that’s been sold but is still on floor plan before it costs you next month’s interest.

FunderCheck, part of LotCount, checks your DMS against your floor plan statements in your own system. It’s your system, separate from your funder’s, and you decide what to share.

A sister product, not the system your funder uses.

Share with a funder only if you want to.
